Ordering Options
I offer two wholesale options:
Order through Faire, a trusted online platform that connects independent brands with retailers.
Order directly from me.
I’m happy to work with you in the way that suits your store best. In both cases, pricing is the same, as are new order and reorder minimums. See below for more information on Faire versus a direct order.
Ordering through Faire
Faire is a curated wholesale marketplace that makes it easy for retailers to discover new products and manage their orders. It’s ideal if you prefer built-in perks and platform support, including:
NET60 payment terms (buy now, pay later)
Occasional Faire-funded promotions and shipping discounts
Centralized order tracking and management

Direct Ordering through Wild Thorn Collective
A great choice if you prefer a personal touch or met me at an event:
Working directly allows me to retain more of the sale proceeds and reinvest in my art
Flexible communication for rush requests or questions
Direct relationship with the artist

Important:
If you’ve previously purchased wholesale from me through Faire, their terms require that all future orders continue through that platform.
If you’ve placed a direct wholesale order with me in the past and now prefer to order through Faire, please use the link above. Using this link ensures that Faire recognizes you as a customer I referred and prevents them from collecting commission they’re not entitled to on our existing relationship.
No matter how you choose to order wholesale products from Wild Thorn Collective, you’ll receive the same care, quality, and attention to detail in every shipment.

Retailer Verification Required
To maintain the integrity of my wholesale program, I only accept direct wholesale orders from verified retailers. Please include the following when you reach out:
Your store name
Your website or Instagram handle
Business address
Resale certificate or state-issued Tax ID
The sales channels you plan to use to sell Wild Thorn Collective products (e.g., brick & mortar store, online store, etc.)
Each request is reviewed carefully to ensure wholesale pricing is reserved for active resellers who align with my values.
Brand Representation & Social Sellers
I take great care in building and maintaining the Wild Thorn Collective brand. For that reason:
Intent to sell Wild Thorn Collective products through Facebook Shops, Instagram Shops, or similar platforms must go through an authorization process where I will evaluate whether your storefront clearly maintains my branding and meets my resale standards. If approved, all products must be presented and sold under the Wild Thorn Collective name with full brand attribution.
I do not authorize resale through any platform where Wild Thorn Collective branding is obscured, repackaged, or presented under a different business identity.
Resale on Amazon is strictly prohibited under all circumstances.

Direct Order Terms
Opening Order Minimum: $125
Reorder Minimum: $75
Lead Time: 8–10 business days (often faster if inventory is on hand)
Shipping: Tiered shipping rates based on order size.
Returns: All wholesale sales are final unless items arrive damaged. Replacements will be provided upon the return of damaged merchandise. See more details in my Return Policy.
Rush Orders
If no rush is needed, your order will be processed within the normal stated production time of 8–10 business days.
In a time crunch? If I have inventory on hand, I’ll do everything I can to expedite your order at no additional cost. However, if I need to place a rush print job with my production partner, an expedited printing fee will apply. This fee will be passed along to you without markup and quoted once I know the details and quantity of your order.
Please note that expedited shipping fees may also apply if faster delivery is required. These costs will be quoted before your order is finalized.
