Return & Exchange Policy

At Wild Thorn Collective, each product is crafted or printed especially for you once your order is placed. I take great pride in the quality of my work and want you to love your purchase. Because my products are made-to-order, I kindly ask you to keep the following in mind:

Returns – Regular Orders

I accept returns if notified within 10 days of receiving your order. As each item is crafted specifically for you, I ask that you review product details carefully before purchasing.

If there’s an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m happy to assist.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • The purchaser must generate the return label.

  • Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving the returned item, provided it arrives in original condition.

Bulk Retail Orders (Non-Wholesale)

Orders placed for personal use in large quantities—such as gifts, event materials, or bulk purchases over $150—fall under this bulk policy.

  • All bulk sales are final.

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless items arrive damaged.

  • Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of delivery with photo documentation.

  • Approved replacements will be reprinted and shipped at no additional cost.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. If you have questions or concerns about large orders, I’m happy to help in advance.

Wholesale Orders

All wholesale sales are final unless there is a defect or fulfillment error.

Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, over-ordering, or any other non-defective reason.

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery with photo documentation.

  • Approved returns will be refunded or replaced, and I will cover return shipping when applicable.

Exchanges for Damaged Items (All Order Types)

If your item arrives damaged or defective, I will gladly replace it. Please contact me within 5 days of delivery and include a photo of the damage.
