Return & Exchange Policy

At Wild Thorn Collective, each product is crafted or printed especially for you once your order is placed. I take great pride in the quality of my work and want you to love your purchase. Because my products are made-to-order, I kindly ask you to keep the following in mind:

Returns (Regular Orders)

I accept returns if notified within 10 days of receiving your order. As each item is crafted specifically for you, I kindly ask that you review product details carefully before purchasing. If there’s an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m happy to assist!

  • Original shipping costs are not refundable.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser must generate the return label.

  • Refunds are issued within 7 days of my receipt of the returned item, provided it arrives in original condition.

Returns (Phone Cases)

Each phone case is custom made to fit the specific model you select at checkout. Because of this, I’m unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind or order the wrong model.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if your phone case arrives damaged or defective. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so I can make it right.

Returns (Bulk or Wholesale Orders)

For orders of 10 items or more, all sales are final unless there is a defect or fulfillment error.

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of bulk purchases, returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, over-ordering, or any other non-defective reason. Please contact me with any questions prior to placing a large order.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify me within 10 days of delivery. Approved returns due to defects or fulfillment errors will be fully refunded or replaced, and I will cover return shipping costs when applicable.

Exchanges for Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, I will gladly replace it. Please contact me within 10 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email me at katie@wildthorncollective.com with your order details and reason for return or exchange.

I will provide instructions for returning the item.
